Paul Seils is an Entrepreneur in the Horticulture Industry and the Director of Green Vision Group, Green Concepts International (1999 – Present). A qualified Horticulturist and Designer with over 15 years continual involvement in the Landscape and Horticulture industry developing his passion and ability from the combination of a Rural family upbringing and inspiration from his Grandfather who received the prestigious Order of Australia Award for services to the Horticultural Industry.

Since that time he has taken an active role in hundreds of landscape projects as a Project Manager and Director. Paul is responsible for assembling teams and managing all aspects of projects for Landscape activities in Australia and the Middle East region. Paul has been responsible for contract negotiations, coordination of support and hands on management. The tasks included monitoring project progress and maintaining effective communication with project staff, clients and personnel.
